Alberich Falskog was once described by Bannick Landen as a 'self-absorbed, lazy and morally-bereft slob.'  Nothing he did in his life suggested this praise was inaccurate.

Born into Sessymirian aristocacy, Alberich had no interest in anything beneath his inherited station in life.  He held poor people in contempt and spent most of his days either lazing in his stately castle in Oshalla or on his family boat Severed Ties.

Alberich was handed the position of Sessymirian Ambassador at a young age and never used his position for the betterment of anyone's life but his own.  He was suspected of many misdemeanours, bribery and fraud among them, but no accusation ever led to charges being laid - this was often attributed to the favour he had curried from the Minister for Justice, Maeldune Canna.
