Captain Baggut is a thick-set, square-jawed Ghul who compensates for his lack of wit with a steadfast commitment to cruelty.  He is well-practised in what he considers to be the 'art' of torture.  Major Chabriel took a special interest in Baggut when he decapitated three of his own men for losing the trail of a group of Ghaddar they were tracking in the Endless.  Baggut is remorseless and uncompromising in every thing he does, two qualities Chabriel cherishes in officers under her command.
