I don't mind this one. I can certainly see the my influences in it. When I was a kid, being raised on a healthy diet of X-Men and Avengers comics, all I wanted to do is draw like John Byrne. I copied his artwork daily and after a while, I began to emulate his style (but not his talent). Then I stopped drawing - no dramatic reason; other things just took my time and/or interest - and my ability to produce stylistically similar drawings faded. I can't remember when I did this, but I can detect some Byrnesque lines in the sketch.
It must have taken me hours to do all those swirly things! There's no way I could find time now to reproduce something like this, nor do I want to. In my mind, Wade Grayson has changed a lot since drawing this. He isn't bald and his clerical robes wouldn't really look like this.
