Lady Anne Miller is the youngest member of one of Scoriath's richest and most influencial families.  She is the neice of King Pius Pendragon and rumoured to be his favourite.

Lady Anne's noble bearing did not stop her from falling in love with the son of a Pelinese blacksmith.  Anne met Edgar Worseley at the age of nine when she fell from a snorse-driven carriage one afternoon out on the city's prominade.  Edgar, only a boy at the time, picked her up and helped her back into the carriage.  He was rewarded with an invitation to the Miller's stately mansion and from then began a friendship that would last thirteen years until the day of her tragic wedding.  

Hundreds lined the streets to witness Lady Anne's wedding to the newly-knighted Sir Edgar and the service was said to be one of the most extravagant and joyous events Pelinore had ever seen.  This all changed at the reception that followed in Castle Pendragon atop Pelinore Hill.  Twenty-seven Scorians died as a result of a crate of poisoned Nessan ale, including Lady Anne who was talked into sipping ale for the first time by her husband.
