A colleague of mine likes this one, but I think I may have overworked it. The general look is okay - I wanted the Kobolds to have a puppy dog flavour - but I think the drawing fails technically. I'm not sure the spaniel-type ears are obvious enough. Also, Ablo looks forlorn in this depiction. He really should look a bit grumpier. I think I will strive to exaggerate his mood a little more in future sketches. Typically of my artwork, the pose is boring. I mean, who just stands like that? He looks like he's tired of standing around waiting as I clumsily try to draw him. I really have to make my drawings more interesting in the ways I arrange a character. My composition leaves so much to be desired that I cringe!
