Tiamut River runs from the base of the Ganesa Plateau all the way to Corra on the southern coast of Tethra.  It ambles its way through the Stone Forest, occasionally diving underground as its cuts its way through Tethra's hard rock.  Very little vegetation can be found along the Tiamut's winding route.  Much of the river is bound by natural stone walls.  The gorges the Tiamut has carved out of the ground are spectacular but few have seeb them as the river is marked by many hazardous rapids and steep drops.  The river is home to many Myrran species, notably the remarkable sysifin - which can only be found in the Tiamut and in distant Kolpia - and the infamous friggu, the source of so much Tethran amusement.
